Designed for travellers interested in wildlife, indigenous cultures, traditional craftsmanship, history and authentic community experiences, this journey takes you from Ghana's coastal capital into the heart of the country's northern savannah.
Your adventure begins in Accra, where you are welcomed into Ghana with traditional drumming and music before enjoying a memorable welcome dinner.
From Accra, travel north toward Tamale and Mole National Park, where the landscape changes dramatically from the tropical south to the expansive savannah of Northern Ghana.
Explore Mole through guided safari experiences and discover Mognori Eco Village, where traditional livelihoods, environmental conservation and community-based tourism come together.
Continue toward Gambaga, learning about the complex history of communities associated with accusations of witchcraft and the social circumstances that led people to seek refuge there.
The journey continues to Paga, home to a sacred crocodile sanctuary, before exploring the artistic traditions of Bolgatanga, renowned for its baskets, fans, hats, leather products and other crafts.
